Become An Ambassador

MISSION: Strengthen the Catholic Community with personal and heartfelt invitations to join in the celebration of the three areas of ministry at the Legacy Gala on February 9, 2024.

 Legacy Gala Ambassadors are needed from each deanery, ideally each parish.  They have gone to a Legacy Gala or will be going to the 2024 Legacy Gala and have the following tasks:  

1. Helping to promote attendance at the event via word of mouth, sharing posts on social media and forwarding event emails.
2. Passing out event information and/or writing personal notes (template supplied) to friends inviting them to join them at the event.
3. Arranging/gathering items for auction baskets that is from their area of the Archdiocese. 
4. Asking their pastor and parish office:  “Have you added the Legacy Gala bulletin ad to your bulletin? Can I speak about the Legacy Gala at Masses?”

Initial outreaches from Steering Committee to invite Ambassadors to assist by All Saints Day, Nov. 1, 2023.
